Important Note: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery. However, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food and beverage products including La Liqueur, La Sauce, Le Concentré, Le Frappé, Le Fruit, and Le Sirop collections.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items eligible for return/exchange:

  • Accessoires cocooning (in original condition)
  • Bonnet (unworn with tags attached)
  • Bouillotte Eau Chaude (unused in original packaging)
  • Dessus de lit & Jeté de lit (unused with tags)
  • Jeté de Canapé (unused with tags)
  • Pilou Pilou blankets (unused with tags)
  • Pilou Pilou Femme (unused with tags)
  • Plaid blankets of all types (unused with tags)
  • Paragon items (case by case basis)

Non-returnable items:

  • All food and beverage products including:
    • La Liqueur
    • La Sauce
    • Le Concentré
    • Le Frappé
    • Le Fruit
    • Le Sirop (all varieties)
    • Le Sirop – Sans sucre
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Used or damaged items
  • Personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our flavor consultants will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Atlanta address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  3. If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference
  4. If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
