Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

- Free Shipping (EMS)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Monin Sirop Store experience. Our return policy reflects our commitment to quality and your comfort.
Return Timeframe
You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following food and beverage products:
- La Liqueur
- La Sauce
- Le Concentré
- Le Frappé
- Le Fruit
- Le Sirop (all varieties)
- Le Sirop – Sans sucre
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in original packaging
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
Eligible items include: Accessoires cocooning, Bonnet, Bouillotte Eau Chaude, Dessus de lit & Jeté de lit, Jeté de Canapé, Pilou Pilou blankets, Pilou Pilou Femme, and all Plaid blanket types.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Submit Your Request
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval
Our flavor consultants will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return
Send the package to our Atlanta address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
