5. Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food and beverage products including: La Liqueur, La Sauce, Le Concentré, Le Frappé, Le Fruit, Le Sirop (all varieties), and Le Sirop – Sans sucre.

Eligible Returns

  • Return timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Eligible items: Accessoires cocooning, Bonnet, Bouillotte Eau Chaude, Dessus de lit & Jeté de lit, Jeté de Canapé, Pilou Pilou blankets, and all Plaid blanket types
  • Items must be: Unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging

Return Process

  • Email request to [email protected] within 15 days
  • Wait for approval and return instructions (2 business days)
  • Ship items using trackable method to our Atlanta address
  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive return

Refund Details

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
  • Refund timing: Credit/Debit cards (5-10 business days), PayPal (3-5 business days)
